Reciprocal space tomography

Reciprocal space tomography

This collection gathers reciprocal space tomographic scans reconstructed from single crystal diffraction data I've been analysing during my scientific research. Further details are provided with each video. Enjoy!
#01. Diffuse scattering in cubic Zr-MTBC crystals.
The scan shows hkn planes for incremental values of n, in the interval −58 < n < 58. Bragg peaks have been 'subtracted' via the punch-and-fill method before producing the tomography. Further details on this material, data, and processing steps can be found in the relative publication: pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/jacs.2c13731
